It took me several months to test the Varidig Sextet balanced (AES/EBU) XLR-terminated (with the STEALTH proprietary Titanium/Teflon/silver XLR connectors).
I tried it between my EMM Labs CDSD and DCC2 cd player. This player comes with optical ST glass cables and I compared these to the Sextet.
At the beginning was hard to notice any difference between them and that means that the Stealth Sextet is a very transparent cable adding nothing to the sound.
You must think that with the original cables the DAC and Transport, in the EMM Lab case, you use the DAC as master clock which is the finest way to work, besides the optical cables maintain the galvanic separation between transport and DCC2 for better performance.

That means that the Varidig, working in worse condition, make the job at least as well as the optical cables. The music flow in a way that the cable itself disappears.
It was at the beginning.
Months later and after infinite times of changing and comparing the cables, I feel that the Varidig is as transparent as the original ones, as I noticed before, but in a more musical way, adding a subtle flesh to the sound that was not there with the other cables.
All of this in an absolutely natural manner.
I don't know how to explain it with the usual words. These are feelings. Yes, this cable cause good feelings in me.

The music is there and the cable is not.
